What do I need to book a room?

• Guest reserving room must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid government issued picture ID.
• Valid Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) NO PREPAID OR DEBIT VISA/MASTERCARDS.
• If the credit card holder is not the guest who reserved the room; guest must be present with the credit card and government issued picture ID.
• Each room is pre-authorized for $200.00(this is a room deposit/incidentals).
• If Declined; we have the right to refuse and release the reservation.
• Deposit is held until guests check-out date and will be released within 24 hours of checking out.
• Some credit cards can take up to 7-14 business days to put the money back on the card.
• Guest can pay by cash, debit, visa or MasterCard when checking in.
